Air chilled chickens? Brrrrr!

When I first saw this ad for "Air Chilled Chicken," I had no idea what it was. After a little research, I learned that it refers to a method for processing poultry using cold air rather than cold water that some people say produces better-tasting chicken. Still, I can't get out of my head the image of freshly plucked chickens, wings wrapped around them, shivering outside on a frosty morning.
